HC/ OA 378/2023 (“OA 378”)
On 25 April 2023, the hearing for OA 378 was held where the Company was granted leave to convene a meeting of creditors for the purposes of placing a proposed Scheme to the Company’s creditors for a vote under an Order of Court HC/ORC 1946/2023.
