1. What time does the daily AIP get processed? When does a weekly AIP get deducted?

If an AIP is set to daily, then the buy is processed at 09:30 UTC.

A weekly AIP starts getting deducted from the next day that you set it up at 09:30 UTC.

2. Can I close an AIP before the predefined time?

Yes, you can pause or permanently stop an AIP at any point you'd like to..

3. What happens if I don't have enough fiat currency in my wallet when the AIP is getting processed?

In such a situation the AIP gets paused and an email will be triggered saying that we were not able to execute the AIP. Please note, the AIP will only resume after you choose to do so.

4. Why is there a minimum amount for 'buy the dip' and why is higher than that of the 'daily' option?

Since our exchange partner is Binance and they do not support transactions for less than $10 per token the 'buy the dip' option has a higher minimum amount. Daily allows you to go a minimum of $2.

5. Any benefits of creating an AIP in fiat currency versus in USDT?

No there is no difference between creating an AIP in fiat or USDT. The only difference is that you continue earning interest on USDT in your wallet before it gets deducted for an AIP transaction. Whereas storing funds in fiat does not earn you any interest.

6. Will the tokens bought through AIP also earn me interest?

Yes, they will! Tokens bought through AIP are just like regular tokens bought through our exchange. They will earn base interest in your wallet, you can place them in a fixed deposit, trade them or any other function that you think is best.

7. What are the fees when buying through AIP?

The buy order through AIP is executed at the rate of instant buy/swap at that point in time.

8. How is the dip percentage calculated?

The system sees the bucket price from 24 hours earlier and checks to see if the current price is below the percentage that you have set. If the price dips below it then a buy order is executed. For example, if an AIP is set to trigger at a 2% dip and the time is 10:00 am. The system will check the price of the bucket at 10am from 24 hours ago. If will continually keep running this check till it detects a 2% dip compared to price from 24 hours ago. If, for example, this AIP triggers at 11:08 am, it means that the price of the bucket dropped by 2% or more compared to the price at 11:08 am 24 hours ago.
